Cybersecurity for your business

Protect the business
you’re building.

A compromised account, vulnerable checkout or exposed system can interrupt sales and create expensive recovery work. We help you understand the weak points, put practical protections in place and verify agreed improvements.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE RISKS

Security & weak-point reviews

From $395 one-time — view starter scope

We review the agreed accounts, devices, networks and applications for outdated software, unnecessary access, exposed services and configuration gaps. Findings are prioritized by likely business impact, so you can focus time and budget where they matter most.

02 / PROTECT ACCESS

Two-factor authentication & account security

From $195 one-time labor — view starter scope

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second check when someone signs in. We help set up suitable multifactor authentication (MFA), secure recovery options, password managers and staff permissions, including removing access when someone leaves.

03 / KEEP CHECKOUT CURRENT

POS updates & payment-system security

From $195 one-time labor — view starter scope

We review your point-of-sale software, firmware, staff access and network connections. Supported updates are coordinated with the POS or payment provider, scheduled around operations and followed by checkout checks. We also review separation from guest Wi-Fi and unnecessary remote access.

04 / SAFER EVERYDAY WORK

Browser security & privacy

From $125 one-time labor — view starter scope

We review browser updates, extensions, permissions and tracking protections. Browser fingerprinting combines details about a browser and device to recognize or track it. We assess available fingerprinting protections and check that your essential business websites still work properly.

05 / TEST THE WEAK POINTS

Penetration testing, explained

From $2,500 one-time — view starter scope

A penetration test, or pen test, is an authorized attempt to exploit security weaknesses in agreed systems. It helps show whether a bug, configuration error or access gap could be used to compromise your business. We document findings, potential impact and recommended fixes.

06 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Fixes, backups & verification

From $295 one-time labor — view starter scope

We help apply agreed security improvements, review backup and recovery arrangements, and retest identified issues after fixes. Your handover explains what changed, what remains open and what needs ongoing attention. Continued monitoring or maintenance is scoped separately.

Testing with a clear plan

Before testing, we agree in writing on the systems, permission from their owner, methods, timing, data handling and stop conditions. Third-party systems require the appropriate provider approval. Testing is planned around your operations.

A useful result, in plain language

You receive findings organized by severity and business impact, with recommended fixes and an agreed retesting plan. The report records the scope and limitations; a test is a point-in-time assessment. Formal compliance assessments require their own scope.

Learn about the basics: CISA on multifactor authentication and software updates, Mozilla on browser fingerprinting, and PCI SSC’s penetration testing guidance.

Delivery that fits the work

Remote when practical.
On-site when needed.

Your location does not prevent an initial conversation. We work out what can be resolved remotely and what needs physical access before arranging the work.

What we confirm first

The systems involved, the authorized contact, the location, access requirements and the result you need. You receive a scope before hardware, licenses or installation work is committed.

Remote service is scheduled across agreed time zones. Emergency coverage, response times and ongoing support are only included when explicitly agreed.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Can you work with tools we already use?

Often, yes. We first review the product, version, access and support status. Keeping a suitable existing setup may be more practical than replacing it.

Can you provide ongoing IT support?

Ongoing care can be scoped around your users, devices and support needs. The agreement should define coverage, included work, response expectations and out-of-scope projects.

Can you connect our website to our POS or customer tools?

We can assess supported integrations and plan the data flow. Compatibility, vendor access, subscription levels and any custom development affect scope and cost.

How is a penetration test different from a security review?

A review assesses settings, practices and potential weaknesses. A vulnerability scan uses tools to flag possible issues. A penetration test goes further by attempting to exploit agreed weaknesses to assess their impact. We define which work is included before starting.

Can cybersecurity work be done remotely?

Many account, browser, configuration and testing tasks can be completed remotely with approved access. Physical payment-terminal checks, equipment changes and cabling may require an on-site plan. We agree on the delivery approach for your location.

Do you guarantee a completely secure business?

No provider can eliminate all risk. We focus on the agreed improvements, document what was done and identify where specialist advice or additional work is needed.
