This page describes the current Factored Solutions website. The enquiry form sends your request to our company inbox when you select Send enquiry. Live chat is provided through tawk.to and loads when you choose to open chat.
Project enquiries and free audit requests
We collect your name, email address, selected service, project description, agreement to our terms, and any optional business name, phone number, location or package selection you provide. We use this information to respond, arrange a free introductory audit if requested, prepare a quote and manage any resulting project. An enquiry is not a purchase or consent to unrelated marketing.
When you submit, the form sends these details securely to FormSubmit, which processes the request and emails it to info@factoredsolutions.com. Our business email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox. FormSubmit applies spam filtering and may present a verification check. Its documentation states that submission records are retained for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy information.
We retain enquiry correspondence as needed to respond, manage projects and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us about access, correction or deletion using the contact below; legal, accounting or active-project obligations may affect what we can delete. Do not submit passwords, payment details, Social Security numbers or sensitive documents through this form.
Chat
Opening chat loads the tawk.to widget. The provider processes chat content, contact details you choose to share, device information and connection data to deliver the service. It may use cookies or similar storage to recognize your chat and keep the conversation available. Our team can receive and answer messages through the tawk.to dashboard or mobile app. When we are unavailable, you can leave a message for follow-up. Review tawk.to’s privacy policy before using it. The website will be updated if the chat configuration changes.
Website operation and analytics
The hosting service may process technical request information to operate and protect the site. This version does not load advertising pixels or optional analytics services. Browser and accessibility preferences may affect how the site displays, including reduced-motion settings.
